Welded & seamless stainless steel tube to EN 10296-2 / EN 10216-5, precision aluminium tubing for petrol forecourt vapour recovery, and borehole pump tubes — manufactured in Ahmedabad, India. Every heat backed by EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificate, ISO 9001:2015 quality system, and full CBAM-ready origin documentation.
UK stockists, water utilities, borehole drilling contractors and forecourt equipment integrators are re-verifying origin and carbon documentation on every incoming lot. Apurvi already ships EN 10204 Type 3.1 MTC as standard — you just need to plug our origin data into your CBAM declaration.
Every shipment ships with heat number, EN 10204 Type 3.1 MTC, packing list and commercial invoice — the exact paper trail your CBAM reporter and HMRC broker need. No re-issuance games.
PO citing EN 10296-2, EN 10216-5, EN 754-2 or EN 10088-2? We produce against every one of these, plus the ASTM cross-reference on the same MTC where your engineer wants both.
25 HP to 200 HP borehole pump motor shell tubing, 4″ / 6″ / 8″ OD, wall thicknesses matched to your assembler's WRAS-adjacent specification.
6061-T6 and 6063 drawn aluminium tubing for UK petrol station new-builds and PPC-permit-driven retrofits — one of fewer than five global suppliers of this niche product.
SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register — we regularly host third-party inspection and IBR certification on customer request, at customer's account.
Video calls, factory audit visits, drone tours all welcome. No trading-house intermediary — you buy from the manufacturer directly.
Every product line ships with EN 10204 3.1 MTC, dimensional inspection reports and heat traceability. Bespoke cut lengths and sample tubes available on request.
Cross-reference table — the EN, ASTM, IS and JIS equivalents we routinely produce against. Full heat-number → MTC → invoice traceability on every line.

Yes. Every heat ships with an EN 10204 Type 3.1 MTC that records melt country, grade, heat number, mechanical test results and chemical analysis — exactly the data your CBAM reporter needs. On request we can pre-format the data as a CSV or PDF matching your internal CBAM template so your compliance team doesn't have to re-key it.
Yes. EN 10296-2 (welded stainless for mechanical / general engineering) and EN 10216-5 (seamless stainless for pressure) are both routine at Mehsana. We can dual-certify to the ASTM equivalent on the same MTC if your engineer wants both callouts on one document.
5–7 weeks total for stock grades: 5–10 working days for production and inspection at Mehsana, then 28–32 days ocean freight Mundra → Felixstowe / Southampton / Liverpool. Air freight to Heathrow for urgent OEM samples is 6–8 days at higher cost.
FOB Mundra as standard. CIF Felixstowe / Southampton on request. DAP customer's UK stockyard is possible via our nominated forwarder — ask us to price once port of discharge is confirmed.
For standard 1.4301 / 1.4404 sizes, MOQ is typically one production heat (~2–3 MT). For niche items — aluminium vapour recovery tubing, custom ground OD/ID sleeves, ferritic 1.4512 / 1.4509 tubing — smaller pilot lots are possible. Send the RFQ and we'll confirm what makes commercial sense.
Apurvi's stainless base material meets the requirements typical of a WRAS-approved component supply chain, but the WRAS listing sits with the finished pump / fitting assembler. We're happy to provide our EN 10204 3.1 MTC and chemistry range to support your WRAS submission with your final-product certifier.
Yes. Third-party inspection by Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS, TUV or an approved UKAS body can be arranged at customer's account. Include the requirement on the PO so it flows into our inspection checklist and the material stays segregated until the surveyor releases it.
Drop your material spec, size range and target port. We'll respond in one working day with lead time, GBP-equivalent pricing and a sample EN 10204 3.1 MTC from a recent heat.
