Indian-origin stainless steel is currently outside the Section 232 25%–50% duty schedule that applies to Chinese-origin material. That is the single biggest reason US pump OEMs and gas-station equipment distributors are re-shoring supply to India in 2026. Landed cost typically comes in 20–30% below equivalent Chinese-origin lots after duty, freight and demurrage.
Every heat ships with an EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificate. That's the inspection type where the certifying body (our quality department) is independent of the production department, and the results are traceable to the specific heat number stamped on the pipe. We can also arrange EN 10204 Type 3.2 (SGS / TUV / BV witnessed) at customer's account.
4–6 weeks total for stock grades / sizes: 5–10 working days for production and inspection at Mehsana, then 25–30 days ocean freight Mundra → Newark / Houston / Long Beach. Air freight is available for urgent OEM samples (5–7 days at higher cost).

For standard SS 304 / 316 sizes, MOQ is typically one production heat (~2–3 MT). For niche items — aluminum vapor recovery tubing, custom OD/ID ground sleeves, ferritic ASTM A268 grades — smaller pilot lots are possible. Send the RFQ and we'll confirm what makes commercial sense.
Yes. We run in-house PMI on each heat. Third-party PMI on the finished shipment can be arranged through SGS / TUV / Bureau Veritas at the customer's account. Include the requirement in the PO so it flows into the inspection checklist.
Apurvi's product is Indian-origin — that satisfies non-China supply requirements and Section 232 avoidance, but is not "Buy America" (which requires US melt-and-manufacture). Where your program requires Buy America, we're happy to support your US mill partner with drawings and know-how transfer instead.
